The terms and conditions governing your use of CliniqPulse.
By creating an account or using CliniqPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using CliniqPulse on behalf of a clinic, organisation, or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
CliniqPulse is a web-based clinic management platform that provides patient registration, appointment scheduling, revenue tracking, pharmacy management, and analytics tools for healthcare clinics in India. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with affordable plans for every clinic size.
You must register with a valid email address and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cliniqpulse.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use CliniqPulse only for lawful purposes in connection with the management of a legitimate healthcare clinic. You must not:
You are the Data Fiduciary for patient data you enter into CliniqPulse. CliniqPulse acts as a Data Processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients for the collection and storage of their health data, and for complying with all applicable healthcare data regulations in your jurisdiction.
We will process patient data only as described in our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
The Starter plan is free. Clinic Pro is billed at ₹1,999/month (or ₹1,666/month billed annually). Multi-Clinic is billed at ₹4,999/month (or ₹4,166/month billed annually). All plans are billed monthly or annually in INR. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
CliniqPulse and all associated software, design, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of CliniqPulse and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the purposes described herein. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Your clinic data (patient records, settings, transaction history) remains your property at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CliniqPulse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
